Bill Aldrich
An accomplished clinician and consultant with more than 20 years experience in a variety of settings, Bill Aldrich is a strong client advocate with the counseling skills and sensitivity to help others move forward in their personal lives and careers.
He is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University and holds Master’s and Educational Specialist degrees in Counseling Psychology from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. Trained as a teacher, school psychologist and counselor, he developed comprehensive, hospital-based behavioral health services for adolescents that included inpatient, residential and day treatment programs. Bill is a licensed professional counselor and senior licensed psychological examiner. He has supervised clinicians and managed an outpatient counseling center. For nearly a decade, he managed an Employee Assistance Program for a national corporation with 75,000 employees.
Bill has provided direct counseling services to children, adolescents, adults and families. He has advanced training in crisis intervention, workplace violence prevention, couples counseling and employee assistance services, and is an accomplished speaker and presenter on numerous topics pertinent to families and organizations. He has served on the board of directors of a therapeutic group home, crisis center and a national organization of employee assistance professionals and is active in professional organizations.
Bill celebrates his 25th wedding anniversary in September. He lives and worships in Williamson county with his wife and two children.
